RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Eligibility for Returns:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must not be damaged or altered
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products marked as "Final Sale"
• Damaged or used products

Return Process:

2. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours
3. Ship the product back to the address provided
4. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
